About Brooke Miller Counseling & Coaching
Brooke Miller has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and is passionate about helping people create happier, healthier lives and relationships. Her work integrates the healing aspects of therapy with the activating aspects of coaching, with a strong emphasis on helping clients get unstuck. In recent years, she has also incorporated faith practices and a Christian perspective into her work with believing clients.
Brooke Miller Counseling & Coaching provides counseling and coaching exclusively through remote telehealth sessions. This approach allows clients to gain clarity, confidence, and emotional stability while receiving care in a convenient and accessible format. Brooke’s style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and direct, with a dose of humor that helps make difficult conversations more approachable. Common areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and unresolved trauma.
Sessions integrate neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and practical skill building. Clients are supported in developing healthier coping strategies, improving communication, and building greater self-compassion. All services are provided through secure telehealth, and a free phone consultation is available to help ensure a good fit.
As a member of on Team Jesus this business affirms the following:
- The Nature of God: “There is ONE TRUE God, who has eternally existed in three distinct persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.”
- The Bible: “The Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the ultimate authority in matters of faith and practice.”
- Jesus Christ: “Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, performing many miracles to attest to His divinity.”
- Salvation and Redemption: “All have sinned and fallen short. Salvation is a free gift from God, attainable not by works but through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins, rose again on the third day, and grants us eternal life.”
-
- The Authority of Leadership: “No human, including any church leader or religious figure, holds infallible authority over the church of Christ.”
